What you will do

• Own and deliver rapid biddable activity across search and social across three delivery speeds: always-on, tactical, and reactive.
• Lead iterative test-and-learn cycles, including sprints, daily optimisation, and rapid hypothesis testing.
• Manage multi-million-pound budgets (£40m+) with full accountability for ROI, effectiveness, and value for money.
• Refine and optimise operational playbooks to increase speed and agility in government communications.
• Ensure all government governance, compliance, and assurance requirements for biddable media are strictly met.
• Leverage WPP Open and AI capabilities to support automation, insight generation, and optimisation.

Requirements

• Experience delivering biddable media in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Deep expertise across the digital media and paid social landscape.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets with outcome accountability.
• Confidence operating within regulated or complex client environments, specifically government.
• Senior-level stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
