What you will do
- Lead planning projects from inception to completion, acting as the central conduit for specialist teams to deliver exceptional work.
- Oversee day-to-day account operations to ensure work flow, accuracy, and adherence to best practice campaign management.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted strategic partnerships with clients to drive business growth.
- Manage and develop Planners and Executives, providing guidance, support, and professional growth.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing all communications and establishing strategic trust.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
- Strong experience in client relationship management and account leadership.
- Proven people management skills to develop junior planning staff.
- Solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Calmness under pressure and high accuracy in verbal and written communication.
