What you will do

• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders, translating them into clear, testable artifacts like user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the product knowledge base and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product and Engineering to align on scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Support delivery quality by collaborating with QA and validating shipped features against requirements.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to improve the speed and quality of analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in product development.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for documentation and discussions.
• Strong understanding of data-driven products, data pipelines, and data quality.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and define clear business rules.
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools for daily analytical tasks.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ML concepts such as model lifecycle, training vs. inference, and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with distributed data processing or large-scale ML systems.
