Business Analyst

What you will do

• Elicit, analyse, and validate business and user needs with stakeholders and users.
• Define problem statements, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map business processes, information flows, and system interactions to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Present evidence, options, benefits, and impacts to support prioritisation.
• Collaborate with product, UX, technical, and QA teams to make requirements clear and testable.
• Maintain project documentation and requirements traceability.

Requirements

• Experience as a business analyst or in a closely related digital delivery role.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative ways of working.
• Experience analysing processes, systems, data, or user journeys to identify problems and opportunities.
• Ability to support workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering activities.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, process mapping, or requirements management tools.
• Experience working with user researchers, designers, developers, and testers.
• Knowledge of business process improvement, testing support, and user experience analysis.
