Senior CRM Strategist (CRM/CX): Driving the development and execution of omnichannel CRM strategies for top-tier global clients with an accent on customer experience, data integration, and digital ecosystems. Focus on creating integrated channel plans, designing comprehensive customer journey blueprints, and leading cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end engagement.

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (office attendance average 4 days a week)

What you will do

  • Own and drive strategic deliverables, leading the development of integrated channel plans across diverse touchpoints.
  • Guide the integration of CRM strategies across email, mobile apps, social media, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Serve as the strategic bridge between CX, performance marketing, creative, media, and data teams.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops to translate complex data into executable strategies, detailed personas, and customer journey blueprints.
  • Craft compelling, data-backed narratives to elevate thought leadership and position the agency as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in CRM, customer experience strategy, or strategic planning (agency or client-side).
  • Proven track record of delivering CRM strategies and communications for large-scale global clients.
  • Ability to present confidently and lead high-level client meetings and workshops.
  • Exceptional storytelling prowess to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to deliver high-standard work.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
