What you will do
- Plan and run integrated digital demand-generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, and web to drive pipeline growth and ROI
- Build and optimise email marketing and nurture programmes using segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
- Manage and improve paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
- Develop and localise EMEA social media strategy aligned with global brand and messaging
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools; turn data into actionable insights
- Optimise web and campaign pages for SEO and conversion; adapt global campaigns for local markets; support webinars and virtual events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital or demand-generation marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, lead quality, and measurable ROI
- Hands-on experience across email marketing, paid media, social, and web campaigns
- Expertise in marketing automation (segmentation, nurture journeys, performance optimisation)
- Fluent English
