What you will do

• Manage the global CRM system to ensure active user engagement and maintain technical uptime.
• Coordinate with the Global Business Systems team on technical updates, bug fixes, and system requirements.
• Operate the CRM support inbox, triaging technical issues and assisting new global users.
• Maintain global assets and perform BAU checks on campaigns, marketing lists, and design templates.
• Build and manage global events and related communications, including sign-up processes.
• Develop and implement role-based training and adoption materials to increase platform usage.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and data management skills to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for building marketing communities and business relationships.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly with minimal direction.
• Must be based in the UK and possess the legal right to work in the UK

Nice to have

• Experience with CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience creating presentations to articulate strategy and performance.
