What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for Agentic AI customer projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Lead delivery pods consisting of Forward Deployed Engineers and Agent Architects as a single accountable unit.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project context.
• Define and track deployment KPIs, including Time to Go-Live and Milestone On-Time Rate.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless journey from sales handoff to operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience with CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, or IVA/IVR platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical (IT, Security) and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, LLM-based, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe.
