What you will do

• Lead utility coordination efforts across multiple data center development projects.
• Develop and maintain utility delivery plans, milestone schedules, and critical-path tracking.
• Drive accountability for achieving utility-related commitments and energization dates.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, permitting, engineering, and construction risks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal project teams, external utility providers, and contractors.
• Present project status and risk assessments to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 8–15 years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in utility, mission-critical, or data center industries.
• Strong understanding of utility planning, construction, and energization processes.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant capital implications.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
