Senior AI Consultant (GenAI)

What you will do

• Lead AI strategy engagements from opportunity discovery through roadmap development.
• Design reusable solution architectures using modular components, copilots, and Connect AI delivery accelerators.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business impact and quantify ROI with CxO-level stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate workshops covering AI use cases, goals, and organizational, technical, and data maturity.
• Contribute to AI offerings, vertical accelerators, governance models, and productized services.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or strategy consulting, preferably in client-facing technology engagements.
• Experience defining enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps, including maturity assessments, capability planning, and use-case prioritization.
• Strong business and technical fluency, including ML/LLM application and AI agent architecture.
• Familiarity with GenAI ecosystems, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agents.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or comparable cloud AI/ML services.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI monetization models such as usage-based pricing, enablement fees, or outcome-driven commercial constructs.
