What you will do

• Lead AI strategy engagements aligning AI adoption with client business goals.
• Shape reusable solution architectures using modular components and delivery accelerators.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into business impact for CxO-level stakeholders.
• Design and facilitate client workshops to align on goals and assess AI maturity.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s evolving AI offerings.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in AI, digital transformation, or strategy consulting in client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to define enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong business and technical fluency, bridging AI/ML concepts with executive-level business value.
• Experience designing reusable toolkits or productized services.
• Familiarity with GenAI ecosystems (e.g., LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agents).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
