Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid role requiring regular in-office presence).

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, setting performance targets and fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Oversee the full technical development lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
  • Serve as a hands-on technical lead, designing automations and writing technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects and project managers to define requirements and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Apply agile methodologies to track progress, provide feedback, and update stakeholders on project status.
  • Contribute directly to coding, implementation, and troubleshooting using AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or consultant with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing custom solutions, implementing workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Must be able to work from the Toronto office for face-to-face collaboration.
