Salesforce Administrator - Assistant Vice President (Salesforce)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Office-based Monday through Thursday with remote work available on Friday.

Base salary: CAD 95,000–110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support daily Salesforce operations, resolve tickets, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assess, document, and enhance Salesforce configuration across multiple organizations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Flows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, users, licenses, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Manage sandbox environments, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
• Partner with external delivery resources, monitor Salesforce releases, recommend improvements, and provide user training.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Experience working across multiple Salesforce organizations, including environments with limited documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and knowledge-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Cvent, or Tableau.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or alternative investments.
