SAP BTP Full-Stack and Integration Developer (SAP BTP)

Location: Canada-based role in Toronto with flexible hybrid work; occasional travel across North America, typically under 15% of working time

What you will do

• Build services and applications with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, including CDS models, OData v4 services, business logic, validation, and authorization.
• Create SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 interfaces, APIs, and services connecting SAP and non-SAP processes.
• Develop SAP Integration Suite content, including integration flows, mappings, API policies, events, retry logic, alerting, and monitoring.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, stabilization, root-cause correction, and operational handover.
• Create technical documentation and reusable components, templates, and code samples while supporting developer onboarding.

Requirements

• At least six years of software development experience, including at least three years with SAP BTP.
• At least three years of experience with Node.js or Java, CDS modeling, and OData v4 service design.
• At least three years with SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, and SAP HANA Cloud.
• At least two years with SAP Integration Suite, including an event-driven scenario, plus experience with XSUAA, destinations, on-premises connectivity, and principal propagation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Good oral and written English communication skills are required for communication with clients across North America.

Nice to have

• SAP enterprise architecture, TOGAF, SAP LeanIX, cloud architecture, or SAP Activate certification.
• Experience with RISE with SAP, mergers and acquisitions, or SAP AI and agentic capabilities.
