ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Clarify client requirements, document technical solutions, estimate implementation effort, and contribute to sprint planning.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
• Perform unit testing and peer reviews, collaborate with QA, and resolve functionality issues.
• Deploy updates and manage ServiceNow environments throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Lead client workshops covering business processes and implementation strategies.
• Advise on governance, data integrity, CMDB practices, integrations, and security compliance while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT experience, including 3 or more years working on ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing and ambiguous contexts.
• Proficiency in written and spoken French is required.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or MC.
• ITIL certification and knowledge of SDLC and ITIL practices.
• Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, and CSS.
