What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery management for the Data Center practice, overseeing people, processes, and performance metrics.
• Lead the delivery of NVIDIA-based AI infrastructure (DGX/HGX) and design AI-ready data centers for extreme power and cooling demands.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architecture to ensure offerings are market-ready and accurately scoped for enterprise scale.
• Direct the deployment of on-premises and hybrid architectures, ensuring connectivity between local data centers and public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Manage strategic relationships with key technology partners including Dell, Cisco, Pure Storage, NetApp, and NVIDIA.
• Lead and scale a delivery organization of Practice Leads, Project Engineers, and Implementation Specialists.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data center solutions, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level delivery role.
• Deep technical expertise in compute, storage, data protection, and hybrid cloud connectivity (Dell, Cisco, Pure Storage, NetApp).
• Practical experience delivering NVIDIA AI infrastructure and high-performance GPU networking (InfiniBand, NVLink).
• Proven success managing large delivery budgets and complex, multi-disciplinary IT programs.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in IT.
• Industry certifications from NVIDIA, Dell, Cisco, Pure Storage, or NetApp.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Prior experience working within a technology solutions provider (VAR/SI) environment.
