What you will do

• Own the weekly rhythm of The Shop, from Monday kickoff to Friday demo, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Onboard colleagues into teams and facilitate their growth through project-based problem sets.
• Provide specific, actionable feedback on working prototypes to improve quality and impact.
• Coach team members on defining business problems and adopting a consulting mindset.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for the internal AI proving ground.
• Identify opportunities to build internal software or tooling to streamline delivery processes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 2-3 years of client-facing consulting experience at a mid-size firm.
• Strong ability to provide direct, specific, and constructive feedback.
• Proven organizational skills to manage high-coordination, high-ownership environments.
• AI-forward mindset with curiosity about applying emerging tools to solve business problems.
• Ability to evaluate technical progress and direction without needing to write code.

Nice to have

• Background in software development or close proximity to technical teams.
• Conceptual familiarity with Git and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in verticals such as financial services, healthcare, or supply chain.
• Ability to create clear, concise documentation or short video content.
