What you will do

• Own the architectural direction of a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Go, React, and AWS.
• Embed applied AI capabilities such as LLM-powered summarization and intelligent workflows into the console.
• Design and implement AI-driven engineering automation to increase team output.
• Lead design reviews and technical arbitration across teams to ensure system durability.
• Partner with Product to align long-term platform strategy with business outcomes.
• Mentor and lead a team of senior and staff-level engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on scalable web architecture.
• Proven experience owning multi-tenant SaaS systems at scale.
• Strong technical intuition in Go and modern React environments.
• Deep experience operating cloud-native systems in AWS.
• Experience integrating LLMs or ML-driven capabilities into production systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
