TL;DR
Head of Field & Events Marketing (Fintech): Scaling the third-party events channel to drive pipeline and revenue across new industries and markets with an accent on strategic investment and team leadership. Location: Hybrid in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Relocation support is available to these cities.
Compensation: $162,000 – $223,000 Base Salary + Equity

What you will do
- Define the strategic investment direction and operating framework for third-party events.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of event marketers, setting clear expectations and development paths.
- Own aggregate pipeline goals and drive measurable revenue impact across new industries and geographies.
- Manage the total program budget and partner with Finance on planning and forecasting.
- Develop reporting infrastructure and operating rhythms to ensure the program scales efficiently.
- Implement AI and automation tools to improve team efficiency and event targeting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation within a B2B company.
- Proven track record of driving significant, measurable pipeline and revenue impact through large-scale event programs.
- Deep experience owning third-party event portfolios end-to-end, from strategy to performance measurement.
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining strong teams of marketing professionals.
- Executive-level stakeholder management skills and strong financial acumen for budget ownership.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.

- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Experience building event programs specifically targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.
- History of launching event strategies in new verticals or geographies.
- Demonstrated use of AI or automation to improve marketing workflows.
