Location: Remote (United States or Canada) or hybrid in New York
Salary: $250,000–$310,000 USD for US based candidates / $270,000–$330,000 CAD for Canada based candidates

What you will do
- Lead growth strategy across web, paid media, demand generation, and PLG activation.
- Build and scale a high-performing growth engine to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
- Own the website as a strategic asset, focusing on positioning, buyer journeys, and conversion experimentation.
- Set paid media strategy and investment models across channels with clear accountability for efficiency.
- Lead named-account ABM and precision-marketing programs in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales.
- Establish a rigorous operating cadence and pipeline reporting by stage, source, and segment.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in B2B / B2C2B demand generation and growth.
- Experience at a Tier-1 startup scaling from $100M to $200M+.
- Proven expertise in both PLG and sales-led (SLG) growth motions.
- Track record of producing attributable pipeline through named-account and precision-marketing programs.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- High AI fluency with a builder's mindset to automate internal workflows and scale leverage.
