Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work there)

Salary: OTE $122,500 – $125,000

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle and own a specific territory to introduce hirify.global solutions to classrooms.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at the school level.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the expansion of the national sales organization.
  • Analyze territory funding, state initiatives, and K-12 demographics to inform sales strategy.
  • Handle daily pipeline management and sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience meeting or exceeding quotas selling SaaS products.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume, transactional sales and building a book of business.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders to engineer appropriate customer solutions.
  • Experience using AI tools to increase professional efficiency and productivity.

Nice to have

  • Background in education, such as being a former teacher.
  • Strong understanding of pedagogy and classroom challenges.
  • Experience within the K-12 EdTech sector.
