Senior Manager, Preconstruction (Data Center)

Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $140,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Preconstruction Managers and Analysts.
• Oversee delivery of site-specific CapEx proformas, conceptual estimates, and GC RFP reviews.
• Lead Prime Contractor Budget Reviews from conceptual phase through IGMP.
• Ensure thorough review of proposals for scope completeness, cost competitiveness, and schedule integrity.
• Drive standardization of preconstruction procedures, documentation, and estimating workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Construction, and Finance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of related preconstruction or construction management experience.
• Proven experience managing teams of preconstruction managers or senior estimators.
• Demonstrated expertise in CapEx proformas, conceptual estimating, and cash flow modeling.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
