TL;DR
Inside Sales Account Executive (Edtech): Managing new business opportunities and existing account books for K-12 digital curriculum solutions with an accent on lead generation and territory growth. Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (Must work in office Tuesday through Thursday)
Compensation: Total earning potential approximately $78,000/year (Base pay $25.75/hour)

What you will do
- Develop new accounts and penetrate targeted territories to drive sales.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Perform a minimum of 25 outbound calls and 25 emails daily.
- Utilize Salesforce to accurately track and reflect all business activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute outbound sales and email campaigns.
- Manage an assigned book of current business to ensure retention and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or related field OR 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the Austin, TX office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and web presentations.
- High degree of organization and ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in K-12 education (teaching or administration).
- Proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or software sales.
- Experience selling solutions into the K-12 education market.
- Familiarity with NetSuite.
