Salary: $57,000–$60,000 (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end renewal processes for assigned accounts to ensure timely completion.
  • Generate and refine renewal quotes with high attention to detail.
  • Proactively engage customers approaching expiration to maximize retention.
  • Identify and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce for effective forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams on renewal strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an educational technology or K-12 school environment.
  • Proven track record in managing sales, contract renewals, or customer accounts.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for training and national sales meetings.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
