TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and have authorization to work in the U.S.)

Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 USD (Base to OTE)

hirify.global provides a data-driven Student Impact Platform to help higher education institutions improve student outcomes.

What you will do

  • Manage a sales territory as the 'CEO' to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with higher education decision-makers.
  • Manage an effective pipeline and proactively communicate progress to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams internally and externally to close deals.
  • Navigate the higher education procurement process and align solutions with institutional goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in education technology (EdTech) or a startup environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools.
