TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead calls with international customers to identify needs and recommend IXL solutions across products.
  • Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound leads to communicate IXL’s value proposition to new international users.
  • Process international leads on time and support sales campaigns.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, identify growth opportunities, and communicate campaign progress to ensure goal attainment.
  • Collaborate with Account Management on tracking and managing renewals and expansions.
  • Run virtual web application product demonstrations using screen sharing.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech or software industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills (verbal and written, including video/telephone).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of web applications.
  • Ability to accommodate various global time zones.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce.com experience.
  • Experience in the classroom or as a school or district administrator.
