What you will do
- Lead calls with international customers to identify needs and recommend IXL solutions across products.
- Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound leads to communicate IXL’s value proposition to new international users.
- Process international leads on time and support sales campaigns.
- Manage the sales pipeline, identify growth opportunities, and communicate campaign progress to ensure goal attainment.
- Collaborate with Account Management on tracking and managing renewals and expansions.
- Run virtual web application product demonstrations using screen sharing.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech or software industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills (verbal and written, including video/telephone).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Understanding of web applications.
- Ability to accommodate various global time zones.
Nice to have
- Salesforce.com experience.
- Experience in the classroom or as a school or district administrator.
