Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own and manage the product backlog for brokerage back-office and tax-related solutions.
• Translate client requests and regulatory needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and solution development teams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product outcomes and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide product guidance, user documentation, and training for new capabilities.

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Wealth Management Back Office and Business Management applications.
• Strong understanding of Canadian securities industry brokerage operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex product requirements and data mapping.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting regulatory data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian Tax Code and its impact on brokerage processing.
• Experience managing system changes resulting from tax regulation updates.
• Deep familiarity with SIS tax-related applications.
