Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 CAD

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for agent-assisted field service management workflows.
• Own end-to-end product delivery for key areas including jobs, scheduling, customer communications, and payments.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops to understand contractor pain points.
• Design and optimize human-in-the-loop experiences for AI-driven actions to ensure reliability and trust.
• Run experiments to validate hypotheses and continuously improve product performance and UX.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience shipping product experiments and iterating based on data and user feedback.
• Solid understanding of SaaS product metrics, performance drivers, and growth levers.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ProductBoard, Amplitude, Optimizely, or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
