What you will do

• Lead technical execution, overseeing project scope, budget, and overall technical quality.
• Perform extensive QA/QC work (approx. 50% of role), reviewing the accuracy of designers, drafters, and engineers.
• Mentor and train junior-level engineers and designers in the physical design of electrical substations and BESS facilities.
• Develop technical standards, training documents, and technical go-bys for the department.
• Review detailed physical engineering deliverables, including site layouts, grounding plans, and equipment specifications.
• Manage project deadlines to ensure timely submission of deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MathCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• FE or PE licensure is preferred.
