What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment pipelines (Interns and New Analysts) with a focus on the Warsaw office.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior business stakeholders and university career services.
  • Plan and execute annual internship programs to create a robust full-time talent pipeline.
  • Project manage and host campus events, including information sessions, workshops, and presentations.
  • Coordinate the interview and offer process, including driving the "sell" process for selected candidates.
  • Produce reports on recruitment metrics and utilize global recruiting technology platforms.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4-5 years of relevant work experience in recruitment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Polish.
  • Knowledge of the Polish recruitment landscape and the financial services industry.
  • Proven project management skills for long-term annual planning.
