What you will do

• Orchestrate regional networks using AI-driven load matching and proprietary VRP platforms.
• Forecast volume trends and manage network equilibrium to ensure asset utilization.
• Execute precise load assignments considering driver constraints and HOS regulations.
• Manage carrier procurement, spot market negotiations, and performance analytics.
• Maintain data integrity within the TMS and report on key operational KPIs.
• Handle crisis management and agile rerouting during operational disruptions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in regional planning, freight brokerage, or carrier operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, HOS regulations, and freight pricing.
• Proficiency with modern TMS platforms and algorithmic routing tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proven negotiation skills for securing rates in volatile markets.
• Must be able to work on-site in Chicago.
