What you will do

• Manage end-to-end campaign funnels, integrate new traffic sources, and manage campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce best-in-class ad creatives.
• Design and execute A/B tests to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Partner with data scientists to design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency.
• Discover and test user acquisition growth hacks to increase DAU and revenue.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis at scale.
• Experience with self-served platforms (Facebook, Google, DSP, Ad Networks) and managed networks (offerwall/CPE/incentivized).
• Exceptional analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel domain knowledge.
• Strong business logic and ability to negotiate and influence internal and external parties.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing mobile games.
• Experience working with AI tools.
• BA/BSc degree, preferably in a quantitative field.
