What you will do
- Lead a cross-functional Growth Squad consisting of designers, copywriters, and developers.
- Own the conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing strategy for the main brand.
- Manage and execute the email marketing strategy across all company touchpoints and brands.
- Align search intent with on-page experience and optimize post-click retention.
- Partner with the data team to build dashboards and track key growth KPIs.
- Maintain a rigorous testing backlog for ad copy, keywords, and landing page layouts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Growth/Performance Marketing experience in B2C or B2SMB SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Developers, or Marketers).
- Measurable track record of improving conversion rates through structured A/B testing.
- Deep understanding of Search Engine User Acquisition and Email Marketing lifecycle strategies.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms like VWO.
- Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency (C1+).
Nice to have
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
