What you will do
- Manage large-scale Google UAC campaigns with full ownership over budgets and performance metrics (CR, CPA, ROI).
- Identify and scale new growth opportunities across various UA channels.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Develop and execute monthly media plans aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using advanced analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the in-house creative team to improve ad performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google UAC campaigns - Must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive "self-starter" mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
