What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube to hit monthly acquisition targets.
  • Manage budget allocation and pacing while monitoring key metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CAC.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Web teams to develop and test assets and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Work with the Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution via GA4 and Appsflyer.
  • Deliver data-driven performance reports and insights to management to inform growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube campaign setup.
  • Strong experience with GA4, Excel/Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
