What you will do
- Lead, manage, and mentor the creative production team.
- Oversee large-scale production of 2D, 3D, and playable assets.
- Research competitor trends and implement industry best practices.
- Utilize and integrate AI tools to enhance and optimize creative workflows.
- Contribute hands-on to the creation of high-performing creative assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing creative teams.
- Strong professional background in 2D, 3D, and playable creatives.
- Familiarity with applying AI in creative production.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
