What you will do

• Plan, manage, and scale UA campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple, Unity, Applovin, and other major networks.
• Analyze performance data to maximize ROI and ensure efficient budget allocation.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with the CMO and game teams to align UA strategies with product and company goals.
• Explore and evaluate new growth channels, partners, and opportunities.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing UA campaigns for mobile games on prominent ad networks.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for performance analysis and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer or other MMPs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment managing multiple campaigns.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv

Nice to have

• Experience managing rewarded networks, DSPs, and alternative UA channels.
• Deep understanding of mobile game monetization and player LTV.
• Familiarity with creative testing, ad iteration processes, and ASO collaboration.
• Experience scaling budgets from soft launch to global scale.
