What you will do

  • Lead GTM analytics and reporting strategy to provide visibility into performance, risk, and opportunity.
  • Own forecasting, capacity planning, and pipeline health in partnership with Finance.
  • Optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and AI-driven solutions like Claude.
  • Develop processes, documentation, and training to support consistent execution across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success.
  • Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team, establishing clear accountability and impact.
  • Create and maintain a strategic RevOps roadmap aligned with cross-functional priorities.

Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Director-level leadership experience with direct people management responsibility.
  • Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS businesses through the $50M to $100M+ ARR range.
  • Deep expertise in analytics, reporting, and modeling (forecasting, unit economics).
  • Strong experience owning and optimizing CRM systems, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States.
