Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $180,000 - $275,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead GTM analytics and reporting strategy to provide visibility into performance, risk, and opportunity.
- Own forecasting, capacity planning, and pipeline health in partnership with Finance.
- Optimize the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and AI-driven solutions like Claude.
- Develop processes, documentation, and training to support consistent execution across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success.
- Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team, establishing clear accountability and impact.
- Create and maintain a strategic RevOps roadmap aligned with cross-functional priorities.
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Director-level leadership experience with direct people management responsibility.
- Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS businesses through the $50M to $100M+ ARR range.
- Deep expertise in analytics, reporting, and modeling (forecasting, unit economics).
- Strong experience owning and optimizing CRM systems, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Must be based in the United States.
