What you will do

• Develop project objectives and define the scope of effort based on customer strategy.
• Plan activities, dependencies, and task durations to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project-related expenses in coordination with Finance.
• Facilitate team communication and provide direction for problem resolution.
• Assess and manage strategic, technical, financial, and business risks.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers and Project Specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 4-7 years of project management experience delivering complex systems.
• PMP Certification.
• Must be able to pass a security background investigation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with project management scheduling tools such as MS Project or Clarity.
