TL;DR
Project Manager, Procurement Technology Solutions (S2P/CLM): Leading end-to-end delivery of procurement and Source-to-Pay technology initiatives with an accent on platform implementation, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on executing S2P platform enhancements, coordinating ERP integrations, and ensuring system stabilization across a matrixed environment.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: 240,000 - 300,000 PLN

What you will do
- Lead the full project lifecycle for S2P initiatives from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
- Develop integrated project plans, manage RAID logs, and provide executive-ready reporting.
- Manage external vendors and delivery partners, overseeing SOW milestones and deliverable acceptance.
- Drive implementation of S2P capabilities including sourcing, contracting, and supplier enablement.
- Coordinate ERP/Finance system integrations, data migration, and UAT/SIT testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology project management delivering enterprise solutions.
- Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and implementation lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with SAP Ariba, Agiloft CLM, Coupa, Ivalua, or other S2P/CLM technologies.
- Experience delivering Finance Technology programs in regulated or global environments.
- Master's degree.
- Change management training or PMI-ACP certification.
