Project Manager (GameDev)

What you will do

• Analyze project requirements and prepare comprehensive project plans.
• Manage large project teams including programmers, artists, game designers, and QA.
• Assess risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage communication between internal teams, company departments, and external clients.
• Plan team capacity and track performance in collaboration with leads.

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Native Korean required
• Experience in GameDev industry.
• Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people.
• Experience across all project phases from concept to release.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or Kraków, Poland.
