What you will do

• Analyze project requirements, prepare detailed plans, and proactively manage risks.
• Lead large, cross-functional teams including programmers, artists, designers, and QA.
• Align expectations between internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Manage team capacity, track performance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate team meetings, provide status reports, and manage project communications.
• Support team development through feedback and contribute to the hiring process.

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• Native Korean speaker required
• Proven experience in GameDev project management across all project phases.
• Experience managing external client relationships and building trust.
• Ability to manage teams of 10+ people and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
