What you will do

• Lead and manage complex customer deployment programs and projects.
• Communicate project deliverables, risks, timelines, and ROI to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs using standard verification techniques.
• Ensure internal processes and client-facing documentation align with corporate goals.
• Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles within a technology organization.
• Proven track record of working with external customers and internal partner teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin.
• Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to handle escalations at all levels in a professional and thorough manner.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Understanding of technology relative to data, storage, API integration, and Public/Private Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
