What you will do

• Lead delivery governance for ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, invoicing readiness, and revenue tracking.
• Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and demand forecasting using planning tools like Workday.
• Administer Statements of Work (SOW) and oversee contract lifecycle processes.
• Create executive-grade project status reports, delivery dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to drive mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or delivery operations for enterprise technology programs.
• Proven track record of delivering or supporting at least 5 ServiceNow projects.
• ServiceNow Technical Project Manager Learning Path or equivalent certification.
• CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Source-to-Pay is required.
• Fluent, professional English (written and verbal) is required regardless of location.

Nice to have

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SecOps, IRM, AI Control Tower, or SPM.
