Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Location: Onsite at the PCA Box Plant in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $28.15–$40.13 per hour, plus an annual bonus based on plant performance metrics

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore machinery operation.
• Work safely as part of a multi-craft maintenance team.
• Develop additional multi-craft maintenance skills through company-provided training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability for placement across three shifts according to plant needs and seniority; this role is designated for the second shift.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
