What you will do

• Develop and manage project-specific EHS plans aligned with Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
• Oversee prevention strategies for high-risk activities including working at heights, electrical work, and confined spaces.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure site compliance.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and foster a positive safety culture through collaboration with contractors and owners.
• Prepare and submit monthly safety management reports, including incident summaries and audit results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, construction management, or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction or safety management, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• 3+ years of senior-level safety or design management experience.
• Must be able to work onsite at client locations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Foundational understanding of emergency action and crisis management plans.
• Familiarity with permit systems for hot work, critical lifts, and energized electrical work.
• In-depth knowledge of EPA standards.
