What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders to position Slack and Agentforce as transformation solutions.
- Collaborate with Core AEs to co-sell and unlock new opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Navigate complex sales cycles and develop business cases that connect AI agent deployment to measurable outcomes.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing.
- Lead commercial discussions regarding pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and value articulation.
Requirements
- Proven success in quota-carrying SaaS sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to translate AI and agentic technology into compelling outcomes for non-technical buyers.
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder consultative, value-led sales.
- Expertise in pipeline generation and engaging senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
