What you will do
- Own and lead relationships with key High Net Worth brokers in the region to drive growth and profitability.
- Deliver against clear revenue and growth targets while maintaining a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
- Coordinate with Strategic Account Managers and leadership to deploy internal resources effectively.
- Drive the adoption of digital trading across the broker panel to maximize distribution opportunities.
- Provide external market insights to inform business decisions and product propositions.
- Work closely with underwriting teams to enhance conversion, retention, and overall broker experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a broker-facing or account management role within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the UK insurance market.
- Track record of delivering growth and building strong relationships with broker partners.
- Ability to operate independently and manage a regional portfolio.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
