What you will do

  • Own and lead relationships with key High Net Worth brokers in the region to drive growth and profitability.
  • Deliver against clear revenue and growth targets while maintaining a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Strategic Account Managers and leadership to deploy internal resources effectively.
  • Drive the adoption of digital trading across the broker panel to maximize distribution opportunities.
  • Provide external market insights to inform business decisions and product propositions.
  • Work closely with underwriting teams to enhance conversion, retention, and overall broker experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a broker-facing or account management role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UK insurance market.
  • Track record of delivering growth and building strong relationships with broker partners.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a regional portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
