What you will do

  • Own and deliver account plans for a network broker panel to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong broker relationships through regular strategic engagement.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across a regional footprint.
  • Present specialist insurance propositions to brokers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development underwriters to secure new business wins.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proven experience in an insurance company or broker-facing role.
  • Strong commercial skills with a track record of managing account plans and driving growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
  • Collaborative approach to working across multiple internal and external partners.
  • Results-driven attitude with a passion for business development.
