What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with insurance clients, providing high-standard service and support.
• Coordinate and resolve client enquiries by collaborating with various internal teams across the business.
• Provide technical insights on investment products, client strategies, and market developments.
• Lead operational or audit meetings and participate in client calls and discussions.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities by developing a deep understanding of client objectives.
• Produce and review client reporting, documentation, and investment-related materials.

Requirements

• Experience within investment management, specifically in client service and relationship management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of institutional products, including credit, private markets, and LDI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Degree educated (or equivalent); IMC or a relevant professional qualification is desirable.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office due to the hybrid work format.
