Insurance Client Manager (Investment Management)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with insurance clients and deliver responsive service and support.
• Coordinate and resolve client enquiries with teams across the business.
• Provide technical insight on investment products, client strategies, and market developments.
• Attend client meetings and calls, and lead operational or audit meetings where required.
• Coordinate client projects, data requests, change initiatives, reporting, and investment documentation.
• Identify client risks and opportunities while embedding Consumer Duty principles and supporting good client outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in investment management, with a focus on client service and relationship management.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with external clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of institutional investment products, including credit, private markets, and LDI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Commercial awareness, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Degree or equivalent qualification; IMC or another relevant professional qualification is desirable.
