What you will do

  • Drive UK growth by identifying and nurturing brokers aligned with specialist sectors.
  • Lead and mentor a business development team to achieve strategic sales targets.

  • Champion insurance propositions through market insight and effective storytelling.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular activity reporting.
  • Conduct structured broker meetings to support the broader UK sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel across the region.
  • Proven experience in business development within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership capability with a track record of managing a business development team.
  • Ability to shape and implement strategic sales plans.
