What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of key dealer accounts to drive revenue and engagement
  • Increase dealer adoption of hirify.global's products and features through solution selling
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealership stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Conduct face-to-face client visits (average one day per week)
  • Collect dealer feedback to influence the product roadmap and development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement business-wide improvements

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales and account management experience with a track record of financial results
  • Expertise in solution selling, pipeline management, and C-suite engagement
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Location: Must be based in London for hybrid work
